Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 48Hours of placing your order, Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.  Orders placed on Sunday and Holidays are processed on the next Business Day.

If BTHB is unable to process your order due to incomplete or inaccurate payment information, your order processing will be delayed and BTHB has the right to cancel your order. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email stating estimated Delivery Date, and Tracking Number if applicable.

In-Store Pickup

Orders are available for pickup within 24 hours of placing your order, but usually orders are available for pickup Day-Of.  In-Store Pickup is available Monday-Saturday between Business Hours. Once your order has been processed and is ready for Pickup In-Store you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that all In-Store Pickup Orders must be picked-up before July 29th, 2018. Failure to do so will result in order being shipped out C.O.D. 



The following Return Policy applies to Online Purchases ONLY that have been made through the website

 BTHB will gladly accept the return of UNWASHED & UNWORN item(s) for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 7 Business Days of receiving your product(s).

Please note, all returns must be received by July 29th, 2018.  Failure to do so will result in no refund, credit, or exchange.

All In-Store purchases may refer to the back of the In-Store Receipt for the In-Store Return Policy; 7 Days for Exchange or Store Credit. Jewelry, Sticky Bras & Sale Items are Final Sale.
